These fried foods, processed and salty meats and sweetened drinks tend to combine 3 factors known to raise the risk of cardiovascular disease:  Saturated fat increases unhealthy cholesterol and obesity risk, salty foods increase blood pressure risk and sugary drinks boost the risk of obesity and diabetes. Keep these foods to a minimum.
